The staff was very courteous, and the room was kept clean and tidy. I chose this hotel for it's location, and was not disappointed.

A bit dated room but good location. Amenities are great and beach access was very close.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

Amazing tropical gardens, views of mountains and ocean, helpful front desk staff….. but rooms tired and rundown. Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles have some mildew. Leaking sink. Issues reported and were addressed. Also, don’t recommend rooms directly under the reception area. Woken up early every morning to footsteps of staff and people seeking coffee and banana bread.

I liked the view and the space that the room had. I personally did not care for not having housekeeping on a daily basis.
